When you arrive

• The office is located on the corner of Windsor Ave + Wortley road (main road sign reading ‘Natural Health Clinic’ from other business in building) with my entryway being on the side of the building via Windsor Ave

• Street parking is free on Windsor Ave

• When you arrive, you will enter via the door on the right (320 B). If the door is locked, please knock/text when you arrive as I often keep it locked for privacy/safety. 

• When you walk into the building there will be a few steps to go up, and a few chairs to sit and wait on directly on the left

• My office door is the immediate door on the left upon entering, it will often be shut/cracked open when I am waiting for your arrival, please just give a knock when you arrive (or text) anytime within 10 minutes of your appointment time

• There is a bathroom available straight ahead by the waiting area for your use at any time

During your appointment

• The building my office is located in houses other health care providers. We all aim to create a quiet and peaceful environment so I just ask everyone stay aware of inside voices and turn phone ringer volume down/silenced while in treatment

After your appointment

• Direct billing is available for most major insurance companies. If you have a remaining balance or are paying via card/cash, we will process that at the end of your session
